German company first to release the long awaited resetter for Canon CLI 8 and PG5 cartridges!
We have ordered it and will soon be able not only to vacuum fill these cartridges but also to reset their smartchips so that the ink level indicator is fully functional!
Nevertheless - please don't get confused with this: All CLI-8 and PG5 cartridges are refillable even without resetting them! just read very carefully the screen prompts after installing a refilled cartridges - it will tell you exactly what you have to do so that the printer can accept the cartridge after being refilled!
Lexmark printers come with cartridges that can't be refilled, so carefully consider the costs of the new cartridges you have to buy once your 'starter cartridges' are empty - you might pay more than what you paid for the printer! Consider also that those first cartridges have very little ink and don't last long! HP and Canon don't practise this, which in our opinion, is unfair!
The cartridge numbers that can't be refilled: 28 / 29 / 14 / 15 !!
Lexmark 32 33 34 1 and all the older types can still be refilled!
